When Amazon started selling *everything*, for a long time I still thought of it as an online bookstore. When Clear Europe asked us to run an #advocacy #comms workshop for Nokia (with the inimitable Chris Burns), I vaguely recalled that they were no longer *the* brick phone company but I wasn't sure *what* they actually were. As it turns out, they're an impressive global telecoms and network powerhouse that builds the infrastructure of our digital future. As a bonus, I even learned what 'spectrum slicing' is (it's got nothing to do with bread). p.s.: below is from their in-house mini-museum with a trip down memory lane.
