In my 30 years working with ambitious individuals,the #1 indicator that showed a person’s “growth mindset”attitude was one small thing: when discussing ideas or to-do’s with them, they immediately started to take notes.
Not because they were forgetful but because no human can keep everything important in mind.
Look for the note takers and you will find the potential.
